El Salvador

Fr. Vaccaro is leading a mission trip to El Salvador February 17-24, 2024. Live the corporal and spiritual works of mercy as missionaries help with light construction projects, food distribution, and visits to the local hospital and more.  Mission trip will include a visit to the residence of St. Oscar Romero. Canada

The earliest Catholic imprint on the New World was made by French settlers who established New France in the 16th century and built some of the most beautiful churches and Catholic shrines in all of North America.
We will visit all the great sites of Québec, the same places that Pope John Paul II visited on his 1984 pilgrimage. We will begin in Montréal at the Shrine of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha followed by Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saint Patrick’s and Saint Joseph’s Oratory (The largest shrine honoring Saint Joseph in the world! )
In route to the world-renowned Québec City, we will stop at Notre-Dame du Cap de la Madeleine to view the Miraculous Statue of the Blessed Mother and meditate on the Rosary Bridge Garden.
The highlight of the next day will be our visit to Saint Anne de Beaupré, the oldest shrine in French-speaking North America. This Basilica honors Mary’s Mother and is the site of thousands of miracles. In the afternoon, we will visit Mont Saint Anne for spectacular views of the Saint-Lawrence River. On our return to Québec we will catch a view of the Montmorency Water Falls.
We will also have free time to explore and experience the history and cuisine of Québec City, now home to two saints, First Bishop of Québec, Saint Bishop Francois Laval and Saint Marie of the Incarnation (First superior of the Ursulines of Québec).
