POCW Christmas Craft Festival – Calling all crafters!
You are invited to apply for the annual POCW Christmas Craft Festival. It will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Academy, in the Fr. Krempa Gymnasium, at 110 Keating Drive (off Amherst Street), Winchester, Virginia, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Each space is provided with a six foot table(s) and two chairs. The fee is $40.00 for your first table and $30 for each additional table. There are no other charges. Your cancelled check indicates our acceptance of your application.

Please note the following regulations:
1. All displayed items must remain within your allotted space and out of the aisles.
2. All vendors are responsible for their own sales tax collection.
3. No prepared food items or baked goods will be permitted for sale (kits are acceptable).
Electricity is very limited. If you require electricity, please bring a long extension cord, power strip and tape to secure the cords to prevent tripping hazards. There is no inclement weather date, and no fees will be refunded after November 1st.
We reserve the right to refuse the display and sale of items that we consider to be in bad taste. We will be open for vendors to set up on Friday, November 8th, from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm and on Saturday, November 9th at 7:15 am. You must be ready to open at 9:00 am. If you arrive before set up time on Friday, please be prepared to wait. Complimentary coffee will be available for vendors at 8:00 A.M. on Saturday morning. Breakfast sandwiches will be available for purchase. Lunch will also be available for purchase. You will be provided with an order form which you can use to order food. Your food will be delivered to you. Please indicate on the application if you can provide an item for our door prizes.
Directions: As you enter Keating Drive off Amherst Street, the Academy is the first building on the left after the medical office building. We would like to keep the spaces close to the entry available for our shoppers, therefore after offloading on Saturday, please move your car to the medical office building parking lot that is below the gymnasium. Please offload all your items then move your car prior to setting up your space. The Academy address for GPS purposes is 110 Keating Drive, Winchester, VA. Spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. This policy will be strictly adhered to, and no exceptions can be made. So, it’s best to apply early.
