Confirmation Forms and Updates
2020-2021 Required Confirmation Document List
All students are required to complete and submitted these forms in order for your child to be confirmed in Fall 2021. We will not have a date(s) for Confirmation until early 2021 as we await for the Bishop to provide us the date he is available.
Forms may be mailed to the RE office (RE, attn: Julia Carty, 130 Keating Drive , Winchester, VA 22601) or dropped off in the black mailbox located outside the entrance to Muldowney Hall where the RE office is now located:
- Baptismal Certificate
- Yellow Confirmation Candidate Forms 2020-2021 DUE NOVEMBER 16, 2020
- White Sponsor Certificate
- Saint Report form 2020-2021 DUE APRIL 19, 2021
