Mission Statement
Each day, and in many ways, Summer At Sacred Heart encourages campers, instructors, and volunteers to encounter the living Christ in a nurturing and vibrant Catholic community.  Fun, fellowship, and witness form the foundation for growth in faith and discernment of vocation.

All sessions of Summer At Sacred Heart are available 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
 
Summer At Sacred Heart begins June 24 and ends August 23.  Camps are held in Sacred Heart Academy.
 
Times
Before Care – 6:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
Camps          – 9:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
After Care    – 12:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
 
Rates


$85.00 per child per camp - Please note that some camps have surcharges to assist with the high cost of materials and supplies.

         Before Care + After Care + Camp
                        $150/week – First child
                        $125/week – Second child
                        $100/week – Third + children


Extended Care Rates

                        $20/week - First child
                        $15/week - Second child
                        $10/week - Third + children
           
            After Care
(Not including cost of camp)
                         $50/week – First child
                         $45/week – Second child
                         $40/week – Third + children
             
            Daily Drop-In Rates

                         Before Care: $15/child/morning
                         After Care:    $20/child if picked up before 2:30 p.m.
                                                      $30/child if picked up after 2:30 p.m.
Camps             
Full camp payment is required at the time of registration.  Before and After Care is paid for weekly.

Refund Policy  
60% of the camp fee is non-refundable.  The remaining 40% is refundable, provided cancellation request is made and accepted in writing at least one week prior to the class start date.  Please contact us to request a refund at sashinfo@sacredheartwinchester.org

Transfer of Payment
Payments may be transferred to other classes/camps within the Summer Program, provided the newly selected class/camp is not full. Contact the Program Director by email at  to check on whether a class has been filled.
